    • How do I change my profile photo?

      Changing your profile photo is easy.

      Click Home on the top menu.

      Click the "Change Photo" link under your profile photo.

      Under the tab "Change Profile pic" select a file from your album to use this as your profile photo.

      If you haven't uploaded any photos you must first create an album and then upload some photos to your album. Now you can select a photo from the album to be used as your profile photo.

    • How do I create an album?

      Albums are used to store your files. Photos, Music, Videos and Youtube videos are stored in albums.

      To create a new album click "My Profile" then "My Photos & Files" link.

      Now click the "Create Album" to create a new album. Once your album is created you can upload files.

    • How do I upload video, Youtube and music?

      To upload mediafiles like Youtube, music and videos to an album click

      "My Profile" then "My Photos & Files"

      Now click "Add album file" You can then select which media file you want to upload. If you have not added an album you must create an album first to store your media files.

    • How do I update my profile?

      Updating your profile is easy. If you update your profile frequently you will get more attention and more messages from other members.

      Click the "Home" link and then "Update profile" link.

      Fill in as much information as you can. At the last page click save to store the information.


    • How do I delete my profile?

      If you want to delete your profile and all personal information from the website click "Settings" from the top menu, then click "Cancel Account"

      Now you can cancel your account and your profile with all personal information will be deleted from our servers.

    • I forgot my password.

      If you forgot your password, please go to this page

      Click on the "Forgotten Password" link

      Fill in the e-mail address you used when you created your profile and we will send you a new password.

    • How do I change my password?

      To change your password click "Settings" from the menu. Then click "Change Password". Enter your old password and your new password and click "Save"

    • Can I add a new event?

      Yes, to add a new event that you would like to share with other members, click "Events" from the top menu. Then click the category that fits your event and click the "Create New" button.

    • How do I remove a person from my Blocked List?

      To remove a member from your blocked list.

      Click "Friends" from the top submenu.

      Click on the "Detailed View" tab.

      Then click on the "Blocked List" link.

      You will now see your blocked list as a detailed view.

      Click "remove" to remove the member from your blocked list.

    • How do I add a blog?

      You can add a blog by going to to the "Blogs" page

      Then click "Create New"

      Fill in the Blog Title and write your blog in the text area.

      You can upload a photo to an album that you can use as a photo for your blog.

    • I have not received my activation email?

      When you create your profile we send you an email with an activation code that you need to enter to activate your profile.

      Please first check your spam/junk mail folders.

      If you have have not received this email please go to

      Click "Enter Activation Code" then "Resend Code" , fill in your email and we will send you a new code.

    • How do I upload a photo?

      To upload a photo to your profile do the following

      From the top menu click "My Profile"

      Then click "My Photos & Files"

      To upload your photo click "Add Album File" and then use the upload form to upload your photo to the selected album.


      Type: Select Photo

      Click to select which photo you want to upload.

      Enter a Title and Description

      Click "Save"

    • How do I cancel my paid membership?

      To cancel your Basic PLUS or GOLD membership you must login to your Paypal account.


      Here you will find the subscription that was created for the membership you purchased.


      Cancel this subscription. (you can find instructions on how to do this in the Paypal FAQ)


      When your current subscription expires, your profile will automatically revert to the status you had before you upgraded.


    • Why am I seeing the red 'You need to upgrade message?'

      If you are seeing a message that says that you need to upgrade your profile, it is because your current membership type does not allow you to continue.

      Most likely you have reached your daily limit for sending messages as a free member.

      You can upgrade your profile safely via Paypal to access all functions.

    • When I send someone a private message or a chat where do I find their reply?

      When you send or open a chat with another profile, they will see your message/chat in a new IM window instantly.


      If the other profile replies, you will be able to see it instantly in the chat window.

      Chat messages are not stored like regular messages or winks in your inbox.

    • What is the difference in entering as a guest and entering as a member?

      Our site works on a membership system as we must be able to keep data files that contain your profile information and other information such as your Hotlist. Guests are free to browse the profiles of members, but in order to respond to ads using our emailing services you must be registered with a valid e-mail address. You must also be a member in order to create a Hotlist and use chat room and e-mail service.

    • Are profiles censored? Is there any limit to what I can put in my profile?

      Yes. All member profiles, when they are originally created as well as when they are modified, must be approved by our administrators. We reserve the right to refuse any profile or photograph that we feel is inappropriate for this site. Also, we ask that you do not put any personal information in your profile, including, but not limited to: your home address, a personal beeper, cell or telephone number, a real e-mail address or personal web address. Any offenders of this rule will be banned from the site.



    • How do I change my personal information?

      Changing personal information is extremely easy. If you would like to update the information about yourself that you submitted during registration, write a new heading and description for your profile as well as editing main criteria for your matches just go to the Update your profile option on My Settings page. There you can edit any part of your personal information; save it by clicking Submit button.

    • How do I recognize scammers?

      Scammers are mostly MEN pretending to be women seeking love. They will be writing you sweet e-mails saying how much in love they are and how much they want to meet you in real life.


      NEVER EVER GIVE MONEY until you have known someone for a reasonable period. For further information on scamming we suggest you visit www.agencyscams.com. This site runs an excellent database of past and present Scammers, with good advice on what to avoid.

    • How do I send a message to other members?

      You can send a message to other users by clicking the button Send a message or Send a card on that persons profile or listing. Simply type in your message or select a card you wish to send and click the Send button.

    • What is the Block List feature?

      While viewing members profiles or reading or replying messages in your Mailbox you will have an option to add members to Block List. After you have added someone to your Block List you will not receive any notifications, cards or e-mails from this particular member unless you remove him or her from the Block List. This feature helps you limit your contacts with people you dont really like.

    • Are members on this site screened?

      Yes - For the safety and security of our members all ads are checked to verify authenticity. A valid e-mail address is required in order to become a member of this site - you will not be able to activate your account without one. All our services are confidential and your privacy is as much of a concern for us as it is for our members. However, we cannot do extensive background checks on members, and we expect you to understand that we cannot take responsibility for any damage caused to you by use of this site. Please use common sense and be careful about giving out personal information to people you meet.
